This notice applies when you voluntarily email non-sensitive preliminary business information to ALTA MONEY SERVICES LTD. (the “Company”). It is not consent to open an account or process payments. The online Business Questionnaire does not transmit or save entries.

Authority and accuracy
By sending a preliminary business enquiry, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information and that it is accurate and not misleading.
Pre-screening use
You consent to the Company using the information to assess business fit, proposed activity, risk indicators and whether further discussion is appropriate.
Checks
If the Company proceeds beyond pre-screening, separate notices and authorizations may cover corporate verification, beneficial ownership, sanctions, PEP and adverse-media checks.
No sensitive documents
Do not email passports, corporate records, banking credentials, source-of-funds records, document contents or other sensitive information. The Company will arrange a secure delivery method if supporting records are later required.
No guarantee
Submission does not guarantee onboarding, service access, a response, transaction approval or future availability.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw consent by emailing the Company, subject to lawful retention and compliance requirements.
