Pre-operational status
Regulatory, compliance, banking and payment infrastructure setup is in progress. Payment services are not currently available.
Planned services
The Company is planning to provide remitting or transmitting funds and foreign exchange dealing for verified business clients. Planned invoice and supplier-payment functionality forms part of remitting or transmitting funds. “Payment Services (PSP)” is the label used for that same planned functionality in the FINTRAC registration form; it is not a separate prescribed MSB service and does not create an additional transaction-volume category. No service is active.

Banking
The Company holds an ordinary corporate operating account used only for its own capital, expenses and any revenue it lawfully earns. It is not a client-funds, pooled, trust, safeguarding or settlement account, and no client money passes through it.
Client-funds boundary
No client principal may pass through the Company’s corporate operating accounts. The Company has not approved a client-funds, pooled, trust, safeguarding, settlement, custody or possession-and-control arrangement.
Operating-model status
No execution partner is appointed. No related contract, payment route, funds flow, settlement, custody or possession-and-control model, reporting allocation or production data-access arrangement is approved.
