This questionnaire shows the general business information the Company may discuss during an initial enquiry. Entries are not sent or saved. Reviewing the questions does not establish a client relationship or create access to payment services.

List directors, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), including ownership percentages. Do not provide identity documents.

3. Expected payment activity

Planned invoice and supplier-payment functionality is part of remitting or transmitting funds. Do not enter it again as a separate service or additional volume.

4. Risk questions
Does the business deal in crypto assets?
Does the business involve gambling?
Does the business have sanctions exposure?
Does the business accept or handle material cash payments?
Are third-party payments expected?
Is any ownership held through nominees?
